Serious Integrity Issues. I saw this van online on Car Gurus and reached out. I texted the Salesman and set up a time to come and purchase the van. I brought the cashier's check for the agreed price. I was giving multiple prices at different prices and even ed a document that said internal use only and had a different price on the paperwork than my final paperwork. They put on the other paperwork the price was a warranty, but then had me off that there was no warranty.
It also looks like they activated some sort of GPS tracker service without my permission as well. Nothing matches the pricing and they are very tricky. The second key I had, didn't work, went to check the battery and learned the whole key had no guts. I reached out to the salesman and never heard anything back. Had to spend on a key. Even as a cash buyer the process was close to two hours. At the end of the day, felt like I was on a dirt lot.

On January 11th my car was taken to Fort Worth Nissan for a routine tire rotation and oil change. During the work the wheel lock removal tool was found to be damaged as was the Nissan of charleston sc lock for the tire replaced at Hudson Nissan. The damaged tool was in the glove box where it had been placed after the work at Hudson Nissan. Hudson Nissan North Charleston damaged my car and allowed me to drive to Texas with a vehicle which could not have a flat tire changed because the tool was unusable for all tires.
Hudson Nissan North Charleston refused to pay for the repair. Hudson Nissan North Charleston should not be trusted in my opinion with your auto service. If they cannot even change a tire correctly why trust them with major repairs. Hudson Nissan customer service is terrible.
Despite being called by another Nissan service manager to state it was obvious they had caused the damage they refused to pay. Hudson Nissan is willing to put you and your family at risk as they did with me. They put me on a mile drive home as a young single woman with no ability to change a tire in the middle of the night if an emergency happened.

They claim to do thorough inspections, but there is no way they did. The sunroof is completely rusted out, and when mentioned to the salesperson he said it wasn't like that when in their possession mentioned 1 week after purchase, maybe somebody needs to tell him rust to the point of leaking into the cab doesn't happen overnight. That is going to be a few thousand to fix if we want to stay dry when it rains. Either way, it had to have happened there. The drivers side seat control panel falls off every time the Nissan of charleston sc opens or closes, and it looks like they just tried to glue it on when the inside seat is broken.
