All about who you know if you want to succeed, smaller locations get zero to no help, some bosses only micromanage through s and one visit per month. They look past the people of potential and only promote those with time under their belt. Good compensation and bonuses if you're willing to give up your personal life hours.

My co workers came to work with a passion for the company. Its was just teamwork. It just felt like me at my home cooking for great people. It's a great place to work. It was the third most profitable Led Lobster in the nation. I leaned how to multitask and work with others more than I had in the past.
